What does the payment structure look like?
Do I have to sign an agreement?

Are the meetings free?
A 20% deposit is required within 24 hours of the agreement being signed by both parties. The final payment will be due at the time of product delivery.

Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal, or check; however there will be an agreed upon method outlined in our agreement.

Payment amounts vary per package. Rescheduling and cancelations result in supplemental payments. Add-ons are welcomed for an additional payment.
If you are cancelling without rescheduling or adhering to our backup date, please contact me via email as soon as possible. Full cancellations within 14 days of our scheduled shoot result in the remaining balance to be paid out within 24 hours of your notice.
All introduction meetings are free so we can decide if we're a good fit! Design and video clients will have brainstorming and revision meetings that will be included within the chosen package's price.
Yes, we will need to sign an agreement to work together. This protects both parties and holds us all accountable. Agreements are comprehensive, explaining payment details, the package, and business policies.
How can I leave a review?
After your final work is delivered, you will receive a survey where you can leave a review. This business is also listed on Google.
